Chris
The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has a newly renovated feel and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet, yet conveniently close to the metro and city center. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was helpful and polite. I would choose to stay here again.

Quiet hotel, 3 stars. Really air-conditioned room, great value for money compared to other hotels. Very easy to get from Vnukovo International airport, just 19 miles.

Everything was okay, good breakfast and polite staff.
The lack of internet connection in the room made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel's location was perfect for our romantic escape. We were just a short walk away from the lively streets filled with restaurants and cafes. It was also convenient to have the metro station within walking distance, allowing us to easily explore the city. Additionally, the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise and provided us with plenty of space to relax and unwind.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. It took some time for the staff to resolve the issue after several complaints were made.

My room (non-smoking) was smelling tobacco. Had to change the room for first night, it caused extra trouble.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is situated in a pedestrian area with a lot of restaurants and has easy access to Moscow exposition centers. It is also near Old Arbat street and the metro station. The Deluxe Room is spacious and comfortable, although it is a step down from the suite mentioned in one of the reviews. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and includes a variety of fresh items.
The staff at the hotel can be unresponsive and not very helpful, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Set in a quaint pedestrian area with a charming old Russian vibe, this hotel is ideal for European businessmen. With numerous restaurants and bars, the Arbat pedestrian street offers plenty of dining options. The spacious rooms, although needing an update, provide a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the younger members, are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast, while not exceptional, is satisfying. The central location allows for easy walking access to attractions like the Kremlin and Red Square.
Limited internet access and surly staff may hinder a smooth stay.

The fact that the hotel was so close to where I was working, and that in an unexpected heat wave in May, I was able to sit in the garden with birds singing and a fountain splashing.
No non smoking rooms, so the likelihood is that your room will stink of old smoke - and mine certainly did.

Great location: The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from a bustling street, with easy access to metro stations and key areas of the city. This made it very convenient for exploring and getting around.
Outdated facilities: The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as the overall appearance and facilities felt outdated. It seemed like the decor and furniture were from a bygone era, and some areas were in need of a refresh.
